Solved

Elements 2018: Win 10 high resolution monitor (2560x1600). App toolbar-menu fonts too small to read

Cannot read tiny toolbar-menu texts.  If have to change scaling for entire Win 10 system - Forget It.

Also do not have time (or enough life) to read suggested 3,800+ "tips".

Have used several Adobe products for years.  Come on Adobe.

I have a 27" Imac with high resolution - had to change my resolution to the lowest, lower than the 3 choice in settings. Menu still tiny, but marginally readable.

Diane... Thank you!  While on Windows 10, troubled by your Imac results.  Surly Adobe can do better than this.

Do appreciate your info.!!

What do you have your scaling set to in Elements?

Jeffrey - Thanks for input.  If you are referring to:

“Edit/Preferences/Display & Cursor/High Density Displays/UI Scale Factor”  (per your image),  did try (and again following your reply): Auto, 100% and 200%... all same result - Tiny.
Cannot differentiate between the 3.

Don't know if this helps:

  ThinkPad T560, 2.8 gig, Intel Core i7-6600U, 16 GB Memory;

  1920 x 1080 (Monitor)

Intel HD Graphics 520 (Display Adapter)

  Win 10 Pro (X64)

My mistake on original monitor specs.  ("2560X1600") a different display.

Thanks again!

Did you restart the app between changing the setting?

I did not.  I will double-check settings... insure at 200%, reset, restart and let you know.

Many Thanks!
