Elements 18: backup json writing error

I am using trial version of Photoshop elements 18 on a windows 10 computer. Have loaded in quite a few photos (roughly 40 000) and only now tried to backup for the first time. 
However, I am receiving an error at the same place over and over again.

Error encountered while writing file(s)
C:\Users\Lisa\Pictures\Adobe\Elements Organizer\Catalogs\MyCatalog\FaceAnalysis\json\158887.json

Can i get around this error? (If I open the 158887.json file it only contains a simple "{}" though so I guess that this file might not be the actual problem)
