While there is a known issue with menus when Win 10 Taskbar Autohide is on, we've not seen any crashes. Can you please download the registry file https://www.dropbox.com/s/jyw5u0gy6ku3ugg/werwindows7.reg?dl=0 and run it in admin mode. Once run, please launch Organizer. If it crashes, a .dmp would get generated in C:/Dumpstore folder. Please upload that to a dropbox folder for us to investigate the issue.
