Upload pending

Had this issue multiple times, with devs help I was always able to find stuck picture and fix it. But on mobile, what should I do?

One picture stuck, upload pending, restarting app or phone did not work.

Tap All Photos
Sort by Modified Date
It should rise to the top.
Tweak it with a tiny adjustment
Move to next photo

Does that free it up?

If not, if you go to Lightroom Web, (lightroom.adobe.com) does it show up in the sync issues collection? If so, what does the missing thumbnail say?

Yeah, I tried editing last pictures as a traditional unfreezer, but without succes.
No syncing issues on Lightroom web.
I tried deleting some last pictures from recycle bin on mobile, did not help.
I deleted pictures from the Lightroom mobile recycle bin from the whole last week - solved.

I dunno how that did happen though. As Lightroom even after 2 years uploads absolutely everything from the phone, not only pictures taken by camera, I am forced to delete a lot. Maybe I deleted something from Lightroom, then from the phone memory itself, removing the source file that Lightroom was missing for finishin the upload then? I am just guessing, I really have no idea.

You could grab a diagnostic log and send it in to me with while this asset is stuck syncing.

Should I wait and try to reproduce it or send the logs even now when it is already unstuck?

Log will only help if the file is showing stuck.

Good to know. Next time when it happens, or when it happens to anybody else, please share log first before trying to fix it :)
