Lightroom mobile: Where is the local adjustment functionality on my Android mobile?

Working on an Android mobile (Smasung Galaxy s5) I don't find the option for local adjustments in Lightroom mobile.
It's somehow irritating that the german Lightroom mobile for Android homepage https://helpx.adobe.com/de/lightroom/help/work-with-lightroom-mobile-android.html shows these buttons for local adjustments wheras the eglish page https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom/help/work-with-lightroom-mobile-android.html doesn't.

I agree. We need local adjustment tools in Lightroom Mobile rather than have to switch to Photoshop FIX. We need Healing brush (Heal/Clone), Gradual Filter, Radial Filter, and the Adjustment Brush.

Update your Lightroom. The latest LRM includes the Graduated Filter (renamed Linear selection) and the Radial Filter (renamed Radial Selection).

Any word on an update to LR Mobile for Android getting the adjustment brush??? This is an essential tool for me.
