Some more information would be helpful. Would you let us know:
1. Brand and model of device you are using 2. Operating system and version 3. Screenshots of any error messages 4. Specific steps to reproduce the problem
I can't reproduce your error. This issue was fixed with the last Instagram update. Perhaps power cycling your iPhone might help. Turn your phone completely off by pressing and holding a volume button and power button until you see a slider that allows you to turn off the phone.
Wait 30 seconds or so and turn it back on then try exporting again.
