I could do almost all of my editing in Lightroom Mobile if only the Graduated Filter feature from Desktop was implemented in Mobile.

I agree.  It is very disapointing that you can do global adjustment of images in Lightroom Mobile but you cannot do local adjustment.  You have to go to Photoshop FX or MX to do some local adjustment and that does not include all of the normal Lightroom toold (Radial adjustment tool?  We need the normal set of local adjustment tools in Lightroom Mobile - Spot removal tool, Graduated Filter, Radial Adjustment Tool, and the Adjustment Brush, implemented just as they are in Lightroom.  If you have to leave something out so that Photoshop has something special - pick the Red Eye tool.
