Greetings,We are currently working with Instagram to get a fix issued for this problem. We've had unofficial reports that updating your Instagram app to 220.127.116.11.124 has fixed this issue for some users. Has anyone on this thread tried it?
Update 12/04/2020: If you continue to experience this issue you may need to go to iOS Settings>Instagram and make sure Photos is set to All Photos.

@Rikk Both Instagram and Lightroom Mobile are set to all photos (and have been throughout).

I'm on IOS and the option "Copy to Instagram" when I choose Open In is gone. I can no longer post to Instagram directly from Lightroom Mobile. Pretty annoying, since the Open in Instagram option has very limited functions.
Lightroom Mobile version 5.4.2 25D6E5
Instagram version 18.104.22.168.120
Ive just uploaded an Instagram update and now my Lightroom on my i phone won’t work! Please someone sort this out!
I have the same issue. I was able to post last night from my iPhone X and now keep getting error message. I updated both Lightroom mobile and instagram apps but the issue persists. PS: Exporting it gives the same error message.

@rikk Has there been any progress? I have been trying for months to post from my iPhone SE 2020 to my Instagram feed and always get Error Something went wrong! I used to get both the Instagram icon and Copy to Instagram, but the latter has gone. Even if I press and hold the Instagram icon, I get Error Something ent wrong. Please try again later!! I notice that these issues were raised back in March - surely there is a fix now?? Please help!! Thanks Andy

I might have figured out how to solve it. Go to the iOS settings/Instagram and enable All Photos access for Photos.
@Ignacio_B I’m afraid the solution doesn’t work on my iPad or my iPhone.
@mark_hunter_965cai1ycl29o Please note that this issue is not a Lightroom issue, from what it looks like this is an Instagram issue. There seems to be many reason for this error message:
In case you do run into this issue there might be two ways of getting around it once not connected to the account:1. Verify that you are using the latest Instagram version2. Check Photo access for Instagram app in the iOS settings3. On newer devices - do a haptic tap on the Instagram icon in the share sheet to see if you can use Open in App.4. restart device (last sanity check)In any other case you might need to contact Instagram and their support. In case you would be able to share images from other apps like e.g. Messages app to Instagram without having problems with Lightroom, then that would be something that could qualify as a Lightroom bug.If you would have any issue, please specify iOS version, image type and let us know if you can share the same image successfully over the Photos app.

I’ve no idea whether it is an Instagram issue or a Lightroom Mobile issue. It is an issue affecting the interface between the two which for me first happened after updates to one or both Apps several months ago. One of your colleagues said at the time that Adobe were working with IG on the issue and it did get sorted with later updates. A few weeks ago it recurred albeit with a different error message.
I can share images from Photos and even Creative Cloud with IG ( as I stated above). The issue occurs on both my iPad and iPhone running iPad OS 14.2 and iOS 14.2 respectively.
