Lightroom Mobile: (Android) Presets missing despite backups
Hello I hope man can help me here. Customer service can't help. I made a backup before sending my phone in for repairs. I successfully got this back on my cell phone yesterday and everything on the cell phone is as it was before the repair. ONLY ALL MY PRESETS THAT WERE SAVED ON MY ACCOUNT (IN THE SUBSCRIPTION) ARE GONE. How do I get my 40 or so presets back? Everyone who uses Lightroom knows what kind of work it is. I hope someone can help me
