I'm not seeing a premium membership under the email address you've used to post here. Is it possible it's under a different email address/adobe ID? Did you ever get this sorted out?

This is to give some more detail.

I have been using Lightroom Mobile, syncing my Lightroom (now classic) desktop with my I-Pad and I-Phone, both IOS v 9.3.5.

However, with the new version of Lightroom Classic, This no longer works with my I-Pad. My I-Phone still works using Lightroom Mobile app v 2.8.2.

My I-Pad says that the IOS is up to date at version 9.3.5.  I assume that it will not run on version 10.x. Because it wouldn't work, I deleted the Lightroom Mobile app on my I-Pad, with the intention of reinstalling it. Now, it won't reinstall.

Bottom line.... The Adobe update broke my working I-Pad mobile syncing ability. I can't return to my previous working state. How can I use my I-Pad IOS v 9.3.5 with the new Lightroom  CC?
