Lightroom CC for mobile - Lens corrections and smartphone photos (iPhone XS)

I edit Canon dSLR files in LR CC Mobile as well as photos taken with my iPhone. I used to be able to enable/disable lens corrections on my iPhone images and see a the correction. Now when I do it, there is no change. Wondering if LR does this automatically, or what's happening here. Still works as it always has for my dSLR RAW files.

Thanks.

Lens Correction profiles aren't yet available for the iPhone Xs. See this document for supported lenses: https://helpx.adobe.com/camera-raw/kb/supported-lenses.html

They should be available soon in an upcoming release.

Oh! I didn't consider that. Thanks for answering my question.

So, in the latest 4.0.2 update, it says, " Camera support for the new iPhone XS and XR models." Does that just mean it can access the phone's camera to take pictures?

There are three types of support:

Camera Support (raw file)
Tether Support (tethering - not applicable in a smart phone)
Lens Support (for the optical correction)

There is technically a fourth (Preliminary Support - which is like Camera Support but not fully vetted and subject to change)

The 4.0.2 release notes call out Camera and not Lens.

Thank you very much for clarifying, Rikk. Would tether support apply to an iPad Pro, or just laptop/desktop computers?

Only Lightroom Classic CC for desktop supports Tethering.
