Lightroom CC for mobile (iOS): Is my large number of presets causing a crash?

I've purchased a ton of presets (there were 12,000 in one purchase alone from PhotoWhoa)....my Lightroom CC crashes all the time (iPad Pro and iPhone X)...shortly after launching.  I deleted the app and reloaded, and it was better for a while (maybe until the presets were downloaded again?).  I'm wondering if it is due to the large number presets.  Any ideas?  Thanks

Large numbers of presets result in large amounts of data syncing. 12,000 presets is a sizeable amount and would take a significant toll on bandwidth and storage and could cause the app to become unstable. 

Temporarily removing the presets and restoring them in segments would probably help.

So, how do I organize it so that I have the full amount available in Lightroom CC Classic but only a subset in place for Lightroom CC?  Thanks

Presets do not sync between Lightroom Classic and the cloud. They only sync between members of Lightroom CC.

If your presets came as a single zip file, then unzip it first. That allows you to import a subset in Lightroom CC.

So, what kind of file goes into the Lighroom CC presets folder?  Is it an XMP or the traditional lrtemplate Lightroom format?  Thanks
