What happened to Identity Plate?

Select the album and then click share. This is a little different depending on whether you are using desktop, mobile or web.

From the web version click the gear next to the album name and select Share. After a while You will be given a URL to send to others.

I got that but another tutorial for Version 4? had a dropdown option under Adobe Lightroom CC for Identity Plate Setup. Is this a different program or version?

Identity plate is still there in Classic. It's under the Lightroom menu on Mac or Edit menu on Windows.
