Two issues: 1. Presets are not downloading/syncing on mobile. 2. Desktop app freezes when preset tab selected

Okay, so I recently switched over from Classic to the cloud based lightroom. I decided to start from scratch to avoid over complicating things. I'm upgraded to the 1tb cloud storage, and I am currently 11000/23000 photos synced. This is going slow due to very slow internet. This is not my issue, but worth knowing.

I have a package of 11000 presets which I have added from my desktop. I had to delete everything and re-add them again due to somehow getting duplicates, and choosing to delete in bulk rather than 1 by 1 deleting 11000 presets... Too exhausting of a concept.
Ever since I fixed this issue of duplication with my desktop I have encountered two issues.

1) First, the mobile app wont update the fix of my presets. It still has the duplicates. In the Sync tab, it says:
Downloading Presets ...
21023 Pending

This has been going on for about two weeks without change.

Device Storage: 11.2gb of 29.7gb used
I have an SD card, with the Use SD card option selected.

2) Second, everything seems to work great on desktop until I click on the Presets tab.
This caused lightroom to freeze and "lightroom is not responding' for about 5 to 10 minutes.
Once I can access my presets, selecting folders causes another 5 to 10 minute freeze. This is way too slow for the convenience of a preset.

I tried renaming the use presets folder. All other threads seem outdated, suggesting the update would fix the problem.

Hi Devon, what are you doing with 11000 presets? I guess Adobe has never tested it, because it is not a normal use case.
I have recently loaded my 35000 pictures on a Huawei Y5 with 16GB overall Storage and had no issues at all and that is a 80€ Android phone with Version 9.

It was a package my mother purchased and shared with me. It's nice to have a variety of topics to choose from that are associated with a certain mood, tone, theme, etc, and then choose from those something that fits what I'm after. I then adjust to the particular image from there.
For example, Autumn, Beach, Cinematic and movie effect, dreamy, Fashion, Romantic, Summer, Urban, Vintage. The only downside is there can be up to 500 per folder. And with lightroom not having a way to delete multiple presets without getting rid of entire folders, it makes for a slow process to weed them out.

Advertisers love to offer these kinds of packages on social media. Saying its a $500 value, all for $20 or something. I'm certain other people do this too, and may or may not have issues.

Regardless, Peter, your input was unhelpful. But thanks for reading.

I solved my Mobile problem by deleting all of my data and letting the cloud sync all at once.
I still have the issue with my Desktop application.
