Problem with copy of originals locally

Question

Relates to LR CC 1.5 French (Win 10 1803)

Hi,
I do not want to store files locally.
The option "Store Originals Locally" is not checked but LR CC continues to store originals uploaded to the cloud in the local "Originals" folder.
Real bug or bad understanding?

NB When manually deleting local files, synchronization between Lightroom CC Classic and LR CC continues normally.
If this is not a bug what is the use of this option?

Local images are not purged instantly after syncing. As disk space and computer idle time allow, older images are purged out of the system. Images not touched in the last 30 days would be typically the first to go. Images which have been 'touched' recently would remain longer.

How much time has transpired?

Have you viewed any of the images you are expecting to disappear?

Hi Rick,Thank you for your answer.  Sorry for my googlish!In fact it is only the use of LR CC on a computer that saves images locally. Images taken directly with a smartphone (mobile LR CC do not create files locally even during LR CC > LR Classic CC synchronization).As I erased all the  locally images during my tests, I just added one. We must wait to see if this image will automatically disappear. ( Wait and see?)Do you have a link detailing these storage options because I have not found anything on the subject.
