Problem, Lightroom does not start, appears: Could not run script: OrganizeModuleFactory.lua

I already installed the Ligthroom CC 4 times, but every time this message appears, the application worked on the Iphone and Android Tablet, but on the Notebook Windowns no!

My system is a Windows 10, 6gb RAM, i5 4200U resolution max is a 1366x768
