Organize by file name

I recently tried Lightroom CC. For an organizer, I was shocked that I could not find a way to organize my photos by file name either in the organizer or when sharing. I have scanned thousands of old photos and can’t take the time to dive deep on every one to add unique keywords to help sort. I would come back and use this product if I could sort by file name.
