Nightmare moving from LR 6 to LR CC

My first migration lost about 10K photos.  Then tech support helped me.  They got the photos on, but then thousands of duplicates.  I cannot get a callback and have been routed from queue to queue each with an hour wait.  I'm 3 hours in just today and I've been working on this since Saturday.
