LightroomCC: Face recognition capability with a MOBILE DEVICE

Hello, I have two issues1- It seems that the face recognition function does not work from an iPAD with LRCC app. Can anyone help or can Adobe correct this?2- I had indexed all the faces on my 18k pictures using LR6 on my Mac and after a while, it seems that it was fully reset (I lost everythin). Did anyone have the same issue? Do you know why it happened? And did you find a way to get it back?Thanks,Guillaume
