Lightroom Web: New People function not available at lightroom.adobe.com?

I'm a bit disappointed they've rolled out a new option without it being available on all platforms - seems a bit rushed to me.

Are you able to tell me how to tag an image of a person that the automated system has not recognised as containing a face, please?  - On an iOS device. Many thanks

We're on a two month release cycle now, so features get pushed out as soon as they're ready, rather than being held back for all the different versions to catch up. The web team were busy with the new Display options in this cycle, but I'm sure it'll be added in time. 

There isn't yet a way to tag a person that isn't recognized as a face, but I hope that feature will also be added in time. For now, a keyword is the best bet.

The Lightroom CC web client does not display the People album however the mobile and desktop clients do.  For continuity I would expect this album and workflow would also be enabled for the Web Client.
