Lightroom: Download of my catalogue doesn't work properly

I started using the Lightroom desktop and cloud. Migrated my catalogue, which took hours. Still I don't have any photo visible, while it indicates that I have used 750 GB of the 1 TB in space.

If I understand correctly, Andius, you migrated your catalog from Lightroom Classic to Lightroom Desktop. The migration completed successfully but you don't have any images in your grid? 

Have you restarted Lightroom Desktop? 

If you log in at http://lightroom.adobe.com do you see any images there?

Unfortunately it didi not work! I get a message that 40.500 plus files did not synchronize. It does not restart when I open Lightroom. So still lots of space used and only seeing 6700 images.I can't even retry with parts of the database, as this will exceed the 1 TB I have, given all the pictures, which cannot be seen and still take space.

  • What is the free space on your hard drive?
  • Did you receive any hard drive space warnings during the migration attempt?
  • When you were attempting to migrate did you have sync paused or active in Lightroom Desktop?
  • In your current state, can you click on the Cloud Icon and take a screenshot of the dialog that appears?
  • If you log into Lightroom Web and monitor the count, does the count increase in Lightroom Web over time?
During the migration, logs should have been created. Would it possible for you to share those logs?

The free space is 333 GB of in total 1 TB, while no photo's are seen! During the migration I upgraded to 1TB as I received a message not enough disk space.The sync took very long and as a result paused a few times. I do receive a message, when I open that some photo's can not be moved. Error code 11. Unfortunately I can't get the print screen working properly on my Mac. In case I press on continue now. The same screen immediately reappears. The count on all Photo's remains 0. 

Where do I find the logs? So I can share them.

I just now found that 40500 plus files have synchronization problems and  that 6757 photo' shave been transmitted, according to the info in case I do not open through the Lightroom app, but through internet on my account.

Is it an idea to remove my Library and to replace it by migrating in smaller numbers?

Andius, 

On the Mac, the log files are located in 

User Name>PicturesLightroom Library.lrlibrary
Right-click on this and select Show Package Contents
Navigate into your GUID
Open Migration
Open LRCAT
Find the name of the catalog you migrated and locate the logsandMessages folder within. Zip this folder and send to:
