Lightroom Desktop: Sync inconsistent

I am having a problem with edits synching completely. I edit on a laptop, desktop, and android mobile app. I have done some really great brushing or healing and I will literally leave my desktop LR open for an hour or more before closing just to make sure it synchs, but sometimes it does not. I will go to finish the edit on mobile and my healing/brushing will be completely lost. 

This is very frustrating because sometimes I feel like the edit is perfect when this happens, which is hard to be recreated. I do a lot of skin healing and eye enhancements, so when it is right it is very hard to duplicate that result. 

Please give me a solution

First - Make sure you have the latest versions installed - there were bugs fixed on this a release or two ago. 4.2 is current

Next - realize that to commit and edit to sync, you must move to a new image to let Lightroom know that you are finished editing and then it will sync.
