Lightroom Desktop: Refusing to quit (windows)

Recently LR CC Desktop for Windows stared to refuse to be closed down. Whatever you do, File->Exit, the X button on the upper right corner, nor Ctlr+Q works and LR keeps running. It is not stuck, it is working, but cannot be closed.

Rikk, are you gonna look into this? I made you a log created in this unclosable state :)

(Just to set expectations, Rikk's out of the office until early January as Adobe NA is on shut down)

I forgot to mention one thing: It happens on two different machines to me. I am using Intel i5 8265U@8GB laptop and AMD Ryzen 3700X@64GB PC and it already happened on both of them.

Is this a persistent thing or just happens occasionally?

Occasionally, happened like three times since LR appeared in MS Store and I installed all sessions from there.
