Lightroom Desktop: I purchased the healing tool and my whole thing erased

What "Healing Tool" did you purchase? There is not a separate Healing Tool app. Perhaps you fell for a scam?

Correct me if I'm wrong but I think you meant that you purchased a subscription for Lightroom Mobile Premium. It is possible that you used a different ID and that is why you don't see your images. Check to make sure you are using the correct Adobe ID.
