Lightroom Desktop: I can't login my account (macOS) even when I provide correct account and password. Help!

When I started my newly installed LR on Mac OS system, it pop out a sign-in page. However, even when I provided the correct account and password, it just jumped back to the sign-in page again and again. I can't even access the interface of the product. What should I do? Help!!!!!!!!!!!

Make sure the CC App is installed, and login in that app.

Thanks for your reply. Actually I am able to login my account on Creative Cloud, but when i opened apps through cc, i was directed to another login page and stuck there...

Do you have a subscription currently to any Adobe products? I checked the email you use on the forum and do not find a subscription currently associated with it.

nope. actually i want to try the product before subscription. but i think what you mentioned might be the cause. i might need to subscribe first before the trial.

You should be able to try before subscribing. How are you logging in? Adobe ID? Facebook? Google? Apple?
