Lightroom Desktop: How to add watermark?

hi guys I'm new here never have had a real watermark i usually just add text and a nice font.. i have lightroom 4.0 on a mac desktop... can someone tell me how to get a watermark over slayed? i have the water mark made from someone who did it but i don't know how to put it on my photo..
