Lightroom Desktop: Custom Presets location

Hi there,

I installed so many presets, and I can't find them when I use Lightroom Cloud based CC on PC, version 3.4.

I know how to do it on Lightroom Classic, and now I can see all the presets there, but not on Lightroom CC (which is the one I use and my mobile).

Help please.

Thanks

Hello Pbarreiro,

please start LR Desktop on your computer and click on FILE and then IMPORT PROFILES&PRESETS, then you can select the preset file and import.

Have a nice day

Peter

Rick,

The OP is using Lightroom 3.4. That's "the other Lightroom", remember? Presets and profiles are stored in the cloud for this version, but they need to be imported first. They don't sync from Lighroom Classic or Camera Raw.

Nothing, except perhaps that you didn't say where those presets and profiles are located, so if I were the OP, I probably still wouldn't know how to do it. I only reacted to Rick's answer however, not to yours.

ok, Thank you for clarification!

The user has "installed so many presets" that he/she should know where you find it.

I'm not so sure about that. People often installed presets in Lightroom Classic in the past and then deleted the original. So when they want to copy these presets to Lightroom cloud, they will either have to know where Lightroom Classic installs them, or export them from Lightroom Classic. They may not know how to do that; that's why they come here to ask.
