Yes! Please add a watermark feature! I think many who use Lightroom are those who love photography and love to share them, but also do not want others to steal the photo from us. Thank you so much in advance Photoshop!

Well, LightRoom CC Mobile has complete support for text based watermarks, but the Desktop & Cloud version doesn't. Gotta admit it seems a bit confusing. For me it's not terrible since I do most of my editing on my iPad Pro; but I still have to go to the Desktop version on my Mac to assign location information. Would be nice just keep working from my Mac and export with Watermarks; but alas it's not there yet. I'm new to Lightroom so not sure when it was added to mobile, so maybe it's not a long wait for it on Desktop and Cloud.

How is that possible, that this feature is not available yet?

Looks like you still can't watermark from your computer and only use a text watermark from mobile--not a graphic watermark. I had just jumped into it to have a play but there no point if I can't watermark from the computer.

Dear Adobe,

This is real simple, you promoted migration to a new system based on new cloud features. You did not inform your customers, many photographer enthusiasts that you eliminated a critical feature. You did offer new packages, but this increased monthly/annual fees.  With all the time you spend on lawyers on terms of use and policy, it is surprising that we need to inform you of intellectual property rights. I've started my 90-day clock and as a consumer I have the right to switch. Watermark comes back or its off to a different platform for me.

I am pleased to see the watermark in Lr on my IPad, however having it as a graphic/file import would be ideal of course. I trust you are looking at all options and use cases. I hope to see it soon in updates!

Guess I'm late to the party of discovering there is no watermark feature in the new Lightroom.  Put me down for a MUST HAVE feature.

This reply was created from a merged topic originally titled Watermark PC Lightroom CC.

As many people have stated before, and remains unresolved, there is no option to place a watermark/copyright info on photos prior to publishing. I understand there are other programs or that I can use LR Classic, but I see this as a major fault in that CC is presented as a one stop shop. This can't be a difficult feature to add, please resolve this.

Are you kidding me!!!!!! I just purchased a new version of Lightroom and there is no ability to add a watermark????? I want to use some expletives here but I'll try and control myself. This is the dumbest thing I can imagine. It's mind blowingly stupid. Every photographer I know uses watermarks and I'm not going to waste my time explaining why. GET A CLUE and add this function immediately.

With the damn slow import of Lightroom Classic cc and lack of the watermark in Lightroom CC I'm about ready to jump ship. The lack of watermarks is causing me to go to Bridge then Photoshop and I really am slowed down a lot. Plenty of options out there now. Goodbye Adobe.
