Not a problem

Lightroom Classic: Where is the export button, Library panel, etc. (Using Lightroom CC instead of Lightroom Classic)

I have owned LR since the first version. WTF does LR CC not have the export feature, a library heading, a print heading, and an easy way to set up my various presets? So frustrating.

You're describing Lightroom Classic features, so you are using wrong application.

Sounds like you are using Lr CC (cloud based version) rather than Lr Classic (desktop version). The latter has all those features.

Lightroom CC does not have these features because it's a different product than Lightroom Classic. If Lightroom CC was identical to Lightroom Classic, then there would not have to be two versions of Lightroom in the first place. If you don't like it, then stick with the Lightroom you do like.

I thought the monthly fee was for a full LR package. I went from LR 4 (which I still have) to the "upgraded" LR or so I thought. That was a waste of money for sure.  :(

No, but you apparently chose the wrong subscription. You should get the subscription that includes Lightroom Classic CC. That is the latest version of the Lightroom you are used to. Call Adobe to change that for you.
