Lightroom CC: Won't load any photos, just a spinning blue wheel for days (Win 10)
For the last few weeks i've not been able to use Lightroom CC (windows 10), due to it not being able to load anything. No collections or images, it wont even show how much space i have on the cloud etc. It says its licensed to me, and LR Classic and Photoshop open fine using this account, as does the Cloud app. i just have the blue spinning wheel. Ive logged in and out many times, rebooted, re-installed LR CC. Going nowhere.
If i try and load any images that are already in the Cloud i get an error message, so re importing them wont work.

Sorry you're having trouble. I know you've said you've tried the "usual" stuff but does that include turning off "Use Graphics Processor" in preferences?
If that doesn't work try the steps in this post and let me know if it helps:

I owe you big time. I followed the steps in that thread and after getting an error when i first opened LR CC, on the second launch i now have everything back to normal (well, syncing again anyway).
Thanks for the tip off, life is back on track :-)
