Lightroom CC: Unable to store album locally on PC. No menu selection.

It should be there.  If you go to an Album and Right-Click it should have the Store Album Locally in the context menu. If you still don't see it, then go to Help>System Info... and get us your installed version number please. 

Hi Rikk ... When I right click on an Album that I've created the choices are: Share to   Share to Web   Rename Album  Add photo to album  Set to... as target album Delete album.

Looking at that screenshot, you already have the albums stored locally (the blue download icon shows that), therefore in that circumstance there's no point in having a right-click menu option to store locally....so Lightroom doesn't bother showing it.

I've searched the hard drives by album name and cannot locate the files. The pictures in the albums appear to be stored by year, then date, in my specified location so that's all good knowing the pictures are there. Butt the albums as named, are nowhere to be found. I created each album by typing a name then adding photos. 

My issue is that this happens to me even when photos are NOT stored locally on my laptop; they're stored locally on an external redundant backup-only drive. Sometimes I need a secondary option to store an album locally on my laptop, too, for when I'm traveling or whatever else. PLEASE, would be great to have more granular control on this.
