Lightroom CC: Synch indicators not consistent (folders show nothing in sync, but cloud indicator shows sync in progress)

In Lr CC on iOS 10.13.3 (High Sierra): My list of albums and folders on the left pane show no synch in progress. I believe it. However, the cloud indicator in the upper right corner of Lr CC window shows one image is being synched. This has been unchanged for days. 

The workaround forum suggested that for stuck synching (where the last step is option-click on the cloud when all images are "picked") has been tried and does not work.
