Lightroom CC: Preset Selection

Having multiple presets installed, and using many different ones on different photos, it would be great if Lightroom would show you which one you are using / which one is applied to a certain photo.

I personally edit multiple photos in a session, then come back to them at a later date and forget which preset has been used to start the editing sequence, and would love to know which one was used.

Another small feature that would be beneficial, is when selecting a preset out of a folder - but find you want to change to a different preset folder - is for the 'back' function to stay at the current folder you had selected, rather than scrolling all the way to the top. (This is particularly frustrating if you have quite a long list of folders..)

Hope that made sense

Thanks!

You've posted this in the LIghtroom CC section. Reading your description, I wonder if you meant to post this into the Lightroom Classic CC forum instead. Can you review your Lightroom version number in Help>System Info... and report it back here please?

Hi Rikk,

Nope, it is meant for Lightroom CC, andnd is an idea/question, as to whether the CC version will ever get a reference/active view? It is a very useful tool in the Classic version..

The preset folder idea/suggestion is for the CC version as well...
