Lightroom CC on Macbook Pro save to files
I recently move to a new plan for 1TB to try it out for a year. I sync a small number of album from my lightroom classic to CC and seems to work. On my iMac, I setup store a set of originals to my local iMac. Now when I am away from home on my Macbook Pro or iPad Pro and tried to save some of the images I edit to my MacBook local drive so I can upload to a phonebook site. It cannot and complains that my original NEF file are missing. I though lightroom CC suppose to save my original NEF to the cloud (which I have 1TB) and a backup copy as well on my local drive (iMac since I set it up that way).

When you are on your Macbook Pro and you receive the message that your original NEF is missing, can you click on the ( i ) icon in the lower right and scroll down to Sync Status. Does it show that you have a Smart Preview or the Original file? See example.

Ok.. I check it more carefully in the album, there are some files that are NOT Original and only say Smart Preview... I randomly pick couple as I answer your previous question and they happens to be Original.
