Lightroom CC: Missing important feature, printing, sharing, keyword

Hello,
I've just bought Lightroom CC. As a human being, not able to understand there is 2 different software and Lightroom CC is so a alpha version. Missing :
- printing
- map
- real keyword
- face recognition
- Drag and drop

Finally we are totally dependent of unknown roadmap for future feature.

It reminds me adobe carousel but is most expensive by far!!

Yeah, it's very early days at the moment. It has enough features for many new users, but many existing photographers are better sticking with Classic for now.

You're right. But really, try your web site with real human. We are end user, not engineers.  It is near impossible to understand what are the real difference. the gap is so important
I'm not sure thereabout probably there is no screen shoot to compare the 2 products. Segmentation kills the product.
It takes me a whole 1 day trying to understand what plan to choose.
Did not saw there is 2 version, because the plans mistake me.
1 other days understand I've bought the wrong plan.
Plus : 20Go is to low. 1Tb is too much.
I just want to sync and manage so photoshop is useless for me.
Just need classic LR classic with 200gb and mobile, but no. Segmentation does not allow.

Finally hierarchy on folders on Lr classic does not comply why LR CC.

LR classic is good. LR CC is too light. The gap is too big.

Sorry English is not my mother tongue

Don't worry Olive, I'm a real human too. And FWIW, I agree the website doesn't contain enough information for new photographers to decide which one they want. I've put lengthy diagrams and tables on my website to help people decide, but the gap between apps is big at the moment. It'll decrease over time.

great! Is it possible to have the link to your web site?

I know Adobe will never made apple like products, but really, there is some space for improvement ;)

Believe me or not, since my old LR 6 standalone, I was not able to understand there is now 2 applications.
I had to ask a friend with the classic LR and we discovered each other we bought 2 different software.

Thank for this link.
Really interested to know in what kind of brainstorming someone decide to remove all those essential features. And in what other kind of brainstorming someone else decide to validate.

Anyway, some others feature are missing:

- Ability to export with drag and drop
- Ability to share not only to facebook (On Mac OS, share on mail, share on other app, ...) but other services...Ability to export to 500px, smug mug  or allow Api or allow plugins
- If lightroom CC is for low end user, please add familly sharing or family plan. I do want to pay 20$/month for my library. and another 20$ for the library of my wife. and an another one for my young girl. Really
- Full directory and sub-directory support on both LR classic and LR CC
- Please remove adobe creative cloud app
- Please allow 100, 200 and 500gb plans
- Please remove photoshop

Please do not make a sequel of adobe revel. Please!
you did it tooooo complex, thing are near not understandable for us. We want to take pictures, manage them. Not to understand what you are doing.
We are not all professional but enthusiast. And plans are too expensive.

Just to be clear, they haven't removed these features. They're still available in Lightroom Classic, as they always have been. They started from scratch with LR CC, so they're adding back features one at a time, and the votes on feature requests here help decide priorities.

I know, it's not simple because they're a huge company and most of the time there's not a single person making the decisions. That means the decisions can seem a little crazy from the outside at times.

The short version is:

* If you have a fast internet connection and you want to store your photos in the cloud so you can easily access them on multiple devices, you want Lightroom CC.

* If you've used Lightroom for years, or you have a slow internet connection, or you love managing files on your hard drive, you want Lightroom Classic CC.

* If you want a bit of both, you can use both together, but there are a few pitfalls to avoid.
