Lightroom CC: Migration loses Folder Structure

So - I like the idea of Lightroom CC but the fact that one loses the folder structure when one migrates is truly painful ... I spent months getting my pictures organised the way they are and if I stick with CC then it looks like I have to do it all over again.  In addition in makes Lightroom CC and Apple Photos very similar in the way you structure things!

Ive been looking at Mylio and its looking more attractive!  At the moment it's editing capabilities aren't up to Lightroom but ....
