Lightroom CC import issues

Question

Hi,

Wonder if anyone can help I'm trying to use Lightroom CC on Windows 10 but when I try to import a picture I just get the below. None of the controls show anyone got any ideas? I can add a picture via my iPhone but not on my desktop. I've googled but not found anything of help. Thanks in advance for any help you are able to offer.

Hey Joe,Have you tried resetting the preferences? 1. Close LrCC2. Hold down Alt / Shift while opening LrCC3. Choose 'Reset Preferences'Let me know if that helps.

I had the same odd behavior too on initial Lightroom CC install on one of my windows machines. it turned out to be the graphics processor driver causing issues. I can't tell if you still have access to your menu bar but if you do go to  Edit, Preferences, General and uncheck the 'use Graphics processor' and restart the app and see if that helps.
