Lightroom CC: iMac reports Clould storage full. iPad correctly reports 617GB available
Good morning. I primarily use my 10.5 iPad Pro for LRCC. All importing, editing, sharing and keywording etc is done on the iPad. It works great.I also have an account on my wife’s iMac. I have installed LRCC on it. I use the iMac for backups. A copy of all LRCC photos are downed and stored on a drobo. Then up to Crashplan. Two days ago I checked the status of the iMac. Photos imported on my iPad had propagated to the the iMac. On the grid view everything looked fine. When I viewed single photos they were heavily pixelated. I wrote this off and suspected after completing syncing all would be well.Today when I checked the iMac nothing changed. Photos pixelated. THen I checked the sync status on the iMac. LRCC reports that my cloud storage space is full. My iPad reports I have 617GB available. The iMac is LRCC V1.3 on High Sierra 10.13.4The iPad is LRCC V3.2.1 674202 on iOS 11.3.1I think that covers it. Any help would be appreceiateed THanksMonty

1) Go to the creative cloud application in the top bar on the Mac (where all Adobe apps are managed)
2) Click on your picture then sign out and back in again
3) Restart LrCC

I logged out of the Creative Cloud Application
I rebooted the iMac
I logged into the Creative Cloud Application
Then started LRCC
Much to my suprise , the storage amount was displayed correctly. (see attached). After closing the information dialogue window, I browsed a bit in LRCC. I then checked the storage amount via the Cloud Icon and it displayed the “storage full” information.
So.. Everytime I close LRCC, log out of Creative Cloud Application, log into Creative Cloud Application then start LRCC, ONCE the storage amount is displayed correctly. Subsequent viewing displays “storage full”
As you can see LRCC has to sync over 8,000 photos yet. Unless you have other suggestions, I’ll wait a day to see if the sync is progressing.
THank

1) CMD + , to open prefs
2) Hold down Alt and click Diagnostic Log button that appears
3) Send result to byoung @ adobe . com
Also, let me know if syncing is continuing to make progress.

With that explanation, does it seem that the two devices agree?
