Check what kind of file you have selected. If you created a preset with a raw file, and you checked ‘treatment & profile’ in the preset save dialog, then this preset will only show when you have a raw file selected (because the profile is not available for a non-raw file).

Ok, so I see it and it is in raw. So do I just click on this to use as my preset?

I'm not sure what you mean, but I think you probably mean that you have sent a DNG to yourself to add to Lightroom Mobile and that DNG contains settings that were applied through a preset. I know that is the way some preset sellers sell presets for Lr Mobile.

If that is indeed what this is, then what you need to do now is go to Presets and then tap on the Create Preset option (three dots) in the upper right corner.

I have one more question, can you think of a reason as to why when I try to name the preset so it can be saved it is not saving?

What happens exactly? When you create a new preset, you will get a second dialog where you can select which edits should be saved. Do you get that dialog?

Should I reach out to the provider?

No, they can’t help. Can you describe step by step what does happen?

I see no reason why it would not save. The resulting preset should be in your User Presets group. Did you check in there? And do you realise what you’d be looking for? You are not looking for a new image, but for a preset that can be used to change the looks of your images.
