Lightroom CC: Bulk rate or flag multiple photos on the filmstrip in detail view.

It would be great if I could add a specific rating or flag to multiple photos at once on the filmstrip when I am in the detailed view.

Which version/environment are you using? I believe you can do this in desktop /windows.

I'm on the Mac desktop version.

You can do this, but not when viewing a photo in detail mode where there is a filmstrip at the bottom. It is on the filmstrip where I would like to select a bunch of photos and give them a rating at the same time, rather than having to navigate away from detailed view.

No. Also not possible on windows.
Would be a big time saver though.
Maybe with a modifier key to rate multiple (and keep it like it is without the modifier key)

A little confused, you state detail view.

Are you talking Lightroom (cloud) or Lightroom Classic?

In Lightroom (cloud) their are Dashboard, All, Albums, Grid, and Loupe Views

In Lightroom Classic, Grid, Loupe, Compare, and Survey views.

Now a Detail pane exists in Classic

I think he's talking about Loupe View.
I would find it practical in loupe view as well as develope module.
