Lightroom CC: Ability to set copyright status

Well I got Lightroom CC (downloaded couple days ago 2018)  the one that you can reach your data from everywhere. And I dont have metadata setting I can just put copy right info but I cant change public domain so the status stay unknown everywhere:( Can you plz help me.. Thanks.
