Lightroom 5: Book Module - Number Sequence out of order?

Lightroom 5 - I am using Lightroom in the Book Module and have one pagethat is out of order. What it is doing is going page 1, 2, 3, 4, then 3,4 then7, 8, 9 Has anyone had that happen?
