iPhone video problems

iPhone videos are not being imported properly.  The videos are rotated either 90 degrees or 180 degrees, and there is no sound.  The video file outside of Lightroom CC is fine.

Can you confirm how the iPhone videos are getting to CC please? Like, as a USB connection to your desktop, or through the iPhone Lightroom app or another way? And which iPhone version are you using? On which operating system version?

...sorry, for some reason I didn't get an email notification on this.  The pix are getting to Lightroom CC via import from the Lightroom CC desktop app.  I have an iPhone 10, the latest iOS release.  On my Mac, I have the High Sierra OS.

I also have an issue related to Video which was "Playback is not working". After the Issue, I reset my Phone but Still, a problem created then I Contacted iPhone support number, The Technician Told me that Clear Safari history and website data and Force quit an app. after These steps my problem has been resolved.

It's unexpectable from iPhone this type of worst quality video. My iPhone displaying a very worst quality video. Why this happens, this iPhone is not so old I just bought this iPhone just 7 months back. I have contact with the iPhone repair dubai about this issue. they have told me this issue can be repairable but need to replace some parts. So what I do?
