Adobe also has Lightroom app for iPhone which has premium features. Does it mean that If I have licensed version of Lightroom on Mac, i will automatically have premium features for my iPhone

Adobe Lightroom CC on the App Store is free for all users and to use the premium features, "Syncing to Lightroom CC on the desktop and the web requires a Lightroom CC trial or a paid Adobe Creative Cloud membership." (Source: https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-cc/how-to/lightroom-mobile.html).

So as long as you have an active Adobe Creative Cloud membership yes you will have access to the premium features on iOS.
