A little more information would be helpful, Wendy. Do you want to send a file from Lightroom CC Desktop application to Photoshop Mix (a mobile application) or are you looking to send a file from the Lightroom CC Mobile app to Photoshop Mix?
The reason I ask is that this is the desktop software area.
In the mobile app, tapping the Share icon will allow you to choose "Open In" and send a copy to Photoshop Mix.
