Geotag using phone photos gps information

I am offering an idea for automatically geotag all the photos, I.e. impute geotag for photos can’t find gps info. Since Lightroom cc has ability to access camera roll from phone, where gps information and time were recorded for each photo, we should be able to geotag the photos that don’t have geotag by simply interpolation from gps info described above. It may not be accurate, but I believe many people will found it useful.

It is a very good idea, especially for people taking also pictures with their smartphone while on a shoot.

However, and this has nothing to do with your proposal, I’d prefer Adobe to focus on bug fixes and mandatory features

Some method of grabbing GeoTag information from a photo taken on the iPhone or grabbing the current location from the GPS info on the device like a mapping device or FaceBook and applying that information. Heck a method like is done on the desktop client of just tying in an address and the system searching Google would at least work for now.
