Blurred pictures in PC version after latests update.

Question

After the latest update for PC I cannot see my pictures, they are all blurred out. On my mobile I can see them perfectly. All of my pictures appear just like the one uploaded.

Almost certainly a graphics card driver issue... check the graphics card manufacturer's website for an updated driver.

I have everything updated. I also tried installing lightroom again and I continue with the problem. This only happens in lightroom, I can open pictures using the windows app perfectly. Really weird because it started happening after the latest update.

Have you tried unchecking the 'Use Graphics Processor' option on the Preferences>General tab?

I just tried that a couple of minutes before your comment and that was the problem. Apparently my AMD Radeon R7 M265 is not working anymore with lightroom.
