Win10 Creators Update problem?
I've just updated Win10 to the preview of the forthcoming Creators Update version. LR and PS seem to run fine, but the Adobe CC Desktop won't run. It just produces a white dialog with the circle of bars continually turning.
Anyone else see this?

What build of Win10 Creator are you running? I am on 15058 and not seeing this issue. I'll update to 15063 over the weekend.

It seems to have cured itself today. Yesterday I tried all sorts, including rebooting several time, but now it is working fine!! Sods Law. Thanks for trying to replicate it.

Recently Windows 10 performed an update. Today I tried to use Elements 12 for the first time since the update. The program opens, top menus are displayed, but there are no drop down menus. Also some of the icons flash oddly. Program has become unusable. I tried deleting and reinstalling, it got slightly better, but still unusable. I haven't tried to run Premiere Elements but suspect i will get the same result.
