White Balance not showing Temp value

It happens just after importing (tried only with RAW CR2 files).
After importing and selecting a photo in library and going to Develop mode, the WB doesn't show the color Temp as received from the camera. See picture.
Selecting WB to Auto and coming back to "As Shot" seems to solve but it never happen before.
LR Classic is updated to latest 7.3.1 and ACR 10.3, running on Windows 10 Home, version 1803.

Some symptoms of the slider numbers disappearing appear to be related to using a non-English language. But not here...

I see the same behavior occasionally and I’m on a Mac. All in US English.

I have the same issue. Using Lightroom 7.4 with Camera Raw 10.4 on Windows 10, german version (both LR and Win).
