Upgrade option 20GB to 1TB for photography plan not available

When I click on "News" next to LR in the creative cloud app, I am directed to a website which states, that existing photography plan subscribers can upgrade to 1TB for 25% off. When I follow the link on this website, I can log into my account at Adobe, but there is no upgrade or change option for my photography plan at all. All I see are the other Creative Cloud apps like Indesign, Illustration e.g.

I am sure, that I saw a similar topic somewhere (here), but have not found it again.

Any ideas anyone?

Give this a try and let me know if it works:

Go to Adobe.com>

Click “Mange Account”> (you may have to sign in again)

Under “Plans & Products” click “Mange Plan”>

Under “Plan details” click “Switch Plan”>

Choose your desired plan and you’re set.

Hello Rick,

unfortunately, no. I was on this site before and tried it again just after your reply. But I see no plan options for the photography plan there. Only the options to upgrade for the other Creative Cloud apps. Since I am a German customer, I get redirected to the German site. Might that be the problem?

Have you had any luck seeing the upgrade options yet?

Hello Rick,

now I can see an upgrade option for my plan, but it has 2TB of storage (with a ridiculous high price tag). I can not see the 1TB option and I can not see the LR CC plan as well. And all options for other Creative Cloud apps are now longer available.

Darn... looks like there's still work to do. In the meantime, contact customer support through Twitter and they should be able to help. https://twitter.com/AdobeCare

It's okay. I am in no hurry.

I have tried the twitter account yesterday before posting here and it was not helpful at all. Actually, I thought it was bot, I was communicating with.

Many thanks for your time and help!

It is a known issue for our European customers. I reported a bug today and the team is working hard to resolve it. I will let you know as soon as they find a solution. Thank you for any amount of patience you can muster.

I am not sure if anyone from UK is reading/following this thread. As far as I could see, our postings are from Canada, Australia and Germany.

I (Germany) just checked it for my account. I can now see all options, but the upgrade price for existing customers seems incorrect.

According to the terms of use the regular price for photography plan with 1TB should be 19,99€ incl. VAT (German "MwSt.", currently 19%). 25% off should be 14,55€ incl. VAT. The displayed price is 17,84€ incl. VAT. This actually is 75% of the regular price 19,99€ but with the 19% VAT added (19,99€ - 25% + 19% = 17,84€). So, a) there is a mistake in the terms of use and the regular price is 19,99€ excl. VAT or b) there ist a mistake in calculating the upgrade offer.

I contacted support and they cancelled my existing subscription (without penalty) and then signed me up for the Photography with 1TB plan at the advertised $14.99 USD upgrade price.

If I follow the steps outlined above to check my options for plans, I get an empty page...

EDIT: Nevermind. This was my ad blocker....leaving this here just in case someone has the same issue
